胡麻地瓜大蝦沙律
胡麻地瓜大蝦沙律
(1人分量)
材料 :
薯仔 20克
紫薯 20克
南瓜 20克
蝦 40克
士多啤梨 半粒
調味料:
自製芝麻醬 1茶匙
白醋 1 湯匙
鹽 1/10茶匙
步驟:
1) 把薯仔、紫薯及南瓜洗淨後去皮,備用。
2) 把薯仔、紫薯及南瓜切粒,放入鹽拌勻,再隔水蒸熟。
3) 把薯仔、紫薯及南瓜拿起後與自製芝麻醬拌勻再放入杯中。
4) 蝦去殼後焯熟,再放在杯中的瓜面上。
5) 把士多啤梨放進杯後,再加入白醋即成。
自製芝麻醬
材料:
芝麻 1湯匙
白醋 1湯匙
步驟:
用平底鑊把芝麻炒香,待加入白醋後放入攪拌機中攪拌,以
製成芝麻醬。
