雜燴菇菇
雜燴菇菇 (2人分量)
材料:
鮮草菇 10粒
鮮秀珍菇 10隻
金菇1/2包 (100克)
菜籽油 2茶匙
蒜蓉 適量
黑胡椒碎 1/4茶匙
調味料:
雞上湯 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
步驟:
1. 先把草菇、秀珍菇、金菇氽水,然後瀝乾,備用。
2. 燒熱鑊放油,放入蒜蓉和黑椒碎,炒至帶香,加入雜菌,下
調味料,炒至熟透後,以鋁箔(「錫紙」)包裹,放入焗爐
以180度焗3分鐘即成。
