蝦乾粉絲蒸勝瓜
蝦乾粉絲蒸勝瓜 ( 4人分量)
材料:
勝瓜(絲瓜) 300 克
蝦乾 20 克
粉絲 80 克
蒜蓉 5 克
生抽 1 茶匙
粉絲調味料:
鹽 1/4 茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
麻油 1 茶匙
步驟:
1. 勝瓜去皮,去除部分籽後切成小段。備用。
2. 浸洗蝦乾,瀝乾備用。
3. 粉絲浸水,瀝乾切段,加入調味料備用。
4. 碟中順序鋪上勝瓜、粉絲、蝦乾和蒜蓉,蒸10分鐘後放生
抽即成。
