菜片瑤柱鴛鴦蛋燴飯
菜片瑤柱鴛鴦蛋燴飯 (2人分量)
材料:
芥蘭 (切段) 20克
米 70克
雞蛋 2隻
瑤柱 15克
菜籽油 2茶匙
上湯 300克
生粉水 適量
調味料:
鹽 1/2茶匙
步驟:
1. 把菜段氽水,備用。
2. 將米淘洗,加入清水,煮成白飯,備用。
3. 燒熱鑊下油,下蛋白炒熟,備用。
4. 先把白飯放於碟上,備用。
5. 將上湯煮滾,加入瑤柱、菜段和蛋白,下鹽調味,再下生粉
水和蛋黃,最後澆於白飯上即成。
