生炒魚片
生炒魚片 (2人分量)
材料:
鮮冬菇 4 隻
雲耳(已浸) 1/3 碗
勝瓜 (切段) 1/3 個
西芹(切段) 1 條
菜籽油 2 茶匙
生粉水 適量
調味料:
鹽 1/2 茶匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
步驟:
1. 鮮冬菇剪腳、雲耳洗淨。
2. 把所有材料氽水。
3. 燒熱鑊下油,加入所有材料、鹽和糖炒至熟透,埋生粉水即
可。
