生魚片炒勝瓜
生魚片炒勝瓜 (2人分量)
材料:
生魚 (起肉切成薄片) 240克
大豆油 1茶匙
勝瓜 200克
蒜頭 (剁蓉) 半茶匙
薑片 4片
甘筍 (切片) 8片
調味料:
鹽 1/6茶匙
生粉 1/4茶匙
胡椒粉 1/6茶匙
麻油 1/6茶匙
大豆油 1/2茶匙
茨汁材料:
生抽 1/6茶匙
生粉 1/4茶匙
鹽 1/6茶匙
麻油 1/6茶匙
水 1湯匙
步驟:
1. 生魚片加入調味料醃15分鐘,備用。
2. 燒熱鑊,下一半大豆油,把生魚片略煎。
3. 勝瓜去皮,切厚片,烚至半熟備用。
4. 燒熱鑊,下剩餘大豆油,爆香蒜蓉及薑片,放入甘筍和勝瓜
,大火快炒。
5. 把生魚片回鑊,炒至熟透,埋茨即可。
