牛蒡生菜包
牛蒡生菜包 (2人分量)
材料:
牛蒡1/3 條
大豆芽1 1/2 碗
豆角1 碗
冬菇3 隻
生菜(切小片)1 棵
花生油1/2 茶匙
調味料:
鹽 1/2 茶匙
糖1/2 茶匙
生抽1/2 茶匙
步驟:
1. 牛蒡打碎焗乾。
2. 把大豆芽、豆角、冬菇和生菜焯熟。
3. 燒熱鑊下油,放入大豆芽、豆角和冬菇炒熟,下鹽、糖、生
抽調味,放在生菜上即可。
